The network of gas stations WOG turned to us with a task to develop an HR campaign to attract new fueling operators. It turned out that even odd hands on construction sites or movers don’t want to work at gas stations because this job “ain’t cool”. Indeed, all you do is run back and forth between pump and cash register.
We looked at the job of a fueling operator from the other side. Every day hundred of the coolest cars drive through their workplace, countless beautiful girls greet them, tens of thousands of dollars flow through their hands, and, finally, they manage oil. So they’re not just fueling operators. They are the kings of the gas station!
