The hardest job for an ad writer is to create a project that would launch word-of-mouth marketing among people from the upper class. That’s why we were glad to take up the advertising of a penthouse group by “Avantazh” company.

Penthouse is a unique product. It’s not just an elite apartment or a country house advertised all around the city. It’s “piece goods” for people with a peculiar attitude. These are people hard to reach with standard advertising techniques. Buying a penthouse raises a person above all. In other words, that person becomes closer to heaven 😉

Parcels with “angel” feathers were sent with couriers dressed in formal suits. The effect exceeded our expectations. Within a month after the campaign the penthouses were sold out.

The project won the silver prize at the international advertising festival Golden Hammer, Riga.
