Eclectic Talents Group

Eclectic Talents Group has been one of our closest clients for a long time. We started to work together way back in 2013, even though the company was officially founded in 2021. During these nine years, we've come a long way: running strategic sessions, creating and strategizing the Fillin brand, building the identity system for Copler, creating names, logos, websites, and creative ideas, and helping sales create superb presentations. Many Eclectic Talents Group companies are the leaders in their niches in Ukraine and outside of the country. Each of them is ambitious, unique, and has its path.

But all of them are built after two values that resonate with Arriba! — focusing on people and trusting in people.

These values became decisive in creating such a long and trusting relationship. But let's talk about everything one by one.

Imagine you have plenty of fantastic businesses that can fully cover all the enterprises' needs in people. Customers are happy that they don't need to search for numerous contractors. And you have enough customers for each of your businesses from your other unit. What problems can arise in such a system that seems to work perfectly?

Smart Solution, Fillin, Copler, etc., are well-known companies among business people and their employees.

HR, consulting, outstaffing, and much more — everything related to personnel for Ukrainian businesses and abroad. In short: the client knows people of different professions but always with desire in their eyes. Employees may sometimes be redirected from one company to another to optimize business processes.

This is a part of the working process for owners.
But they are not always clear to the people who work with them.

The client needed us to help them tell employees and customers the value of business relationships united by ideas and approaches.

To do this, we created a new brand that got all companies under one name. We developed a name, slogan, logo, and identity that reflect one simple idea: the biggest strength is different people with a wide toolbox in one place. They are involved in different companies and industries; therefore, from the experience gained, they know the best approaches and technologies. And then their interaction leads to really cool business solutions. The Medici effect in action.

It was the beginning of our search. Did we wonder where else different elements can combine into one perfect system? Where can combinations that look impossible to combine yet create a new unique approach? Here's the answer — architecture. There are canonical, clean styles that do their task. And there are symbiotic ones when separate elements from different styles merge into a single one to create a new composition that is not similar to anything else.

These styles are also called eclectic.

This is how we came up with the Eclectic Talents Group name.

The Talents Group descriptor hints that every employee is not there by accident, as the client looks for professionals who truly like their job and are good at it.

Logo

The logo continues these ideas, as the best solutions happen when experience and competencies go together. And each of them is only part of the overall picture.

So, here are a few main points about Eclectic. This group of companies specializes in people — its main resource and value. A company where employees are not just competent in their field but also has own vision, so their opinion is listened to. In addition, employees are not indifferent to the work's result, thus the client's final result. This business depends entirely on people. This thought is well-read in the slogan:

It's people business.

Identity

The corporate style reflects talent synergy, the company's driving force. Multi-colored circles form a bright pattern that represents the strength of the Eclectic Talents Group. The multifaceted combinations of colors and shapes reflect the company's multitasking and flexibility. More than that, they make the style adaptable to various tasks.

Brand figures

Such brand figures allow the creation of not only a dynamic pattern but also unique emoticons that the employees can communicate with. It is also possible to use them as a part of merch branding to make it more intriguing. We want not only employees to wear and use Eclectic merch.

Interior

The idea we started with continues in the employees' workspace. Each employee is an individual, so we allow everyone to adapt their workspace to their needs.

Cooperation with clients rarely develops into true friendship, but there's no other way when values are pretty similar. Each new project with such clients becomes a process of mutual development and inspiration rather than following the standard path of simply solving the task. So, our relationship goes far beyond simple business talk. I have always admired the example of the long-term partnership between Wieden+Kennedy and Nike. Now we have our example of such a relationship. And that's great.
